An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Recruiter at AVI Limited in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The purpose of the role is to provide holistic recruitment offering group-wide whilst building and maintaining client relationships.
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the full recruitment function, research and extensive recruitment administration. In addition, the role will require attracting top talent using relevant sourcing methods and media, and providing administrative and research assistance to the Recruitment Leads and Recruitment Manager.

Key Performance Areas:
Effective candidate management throughout the recruitment process
Excellent customer relationship management of both internal and external customers
Providing recruitment and resourcing support function for internal clients
Ensuring that no process issues hold internal clients up
Provide clients with all information required in order to make an informed hiring decision
Management of internal applications for assigned projects
Managing the integrity of the data and input thereof into our systems and documents
Placing adverts on various internal and external portals
Quality and background checks
Constant building of proactive pipeline for outlying / hard to source for areas as directed by Recruitment Lead
Ensuring that all administration is up to date on our recruitment system to enable accurate reporting
Processing high volumes of candidate and hiring packs
At least 5 years’ end to end recruitment process experience (from sourcing to placement) of which a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience within a corporate is essential
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a recruitment role, with a focus on sourcing and placing Manufacturing & Engineering roles within the FMCG industry
Experience recruiting high volumes at one time
Experience working with customers at a senior level
Extensive experience in interviewing against competencies
Experience in different sourcing methodologies
Experience working on an E-Recruitment system
Proven ability to deal with large volumes of administration and following strict processes
Completed Grade 12 / Matric is essential
Completed HR Tertiary qualification or studying towards an HR Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
Research experience and the ability to think analytically about problems and identify new and innovative ways to access top candidates.
Excellent command of the English language – both written & verbal
Excellent networking skills
Advanced computer skills
Business process mapping and policies (SOPS)
Internet Research (Boolean Search on internal database and job portals)
Solid understanding of social media
