HOW TO USE TIKETI MTANDAO
Step 1: Download the Tiketi Mtandao app from Playstore, install it on your phone, then select your preferred language
Step 2: Enter Departure Area, Final Destination, Departure Date, select Bus Type / Class and then click Search Bus
Step 3: Select which bus you want to take and which seat you want to sit on the day of your trip, then click Continue
Step 4: Select Bullish Stop and Descent Stop and then click Continue
Step 5: Fill in your personal information, click Next, enter your mobile phone number, and then click Finish
Step 6: Select “Mobile Money” payment method, select M-pesa and enter the phone number
You will receive a notification on your phone, select 1 to continue, then enter the PIN
Complete the payment within 15 minutes and you will receive an SMS with your ticket details

The buses that have been on boarded in the system currently include; DSM-Mbeya, DSM-Dodoma and DSM-Mwanza. We will continue expanding the routes as the days go by. Please continue enjoying our services
